Our can sorting system has three parts. Unwanted particles like dust and liquid are removed when the mixed stream of cans passes through a vibrating feed. Then, magnetic separators are used at two levels to remove the ferrous scrap and ensure optimal sorting. The UBC can sorter could be attached to a baler which will bale the cans into dense bales of approximately 10kg in weight to handle and stack them in an easy and cost effective manner. There is no need to tie or strap the bales that are ejected from the baler, ready for transportation and storage
